I’ve literally tried everything.
I remember the days when I would pack tupperwares of food because I didn’t want to eat anything “dirty”. I ate nothing but chicken, beef, fish, and broccoli. Oh, and some sweet potatoes here and there. I once thought eating “bad” foods would ruin my results.
But I was wrong.
Turns out you can eat these foods and still get results.
I also remember the days when I would work out 6-7 times a week because I thought you had to work out everyday to get results.
I was wrong yet again.
After countless hours of research and self-experimentation, it turns out that you only need 3-4 days a week, no matter what your goals are.
