Let Me Help Make Your Life Easier
I’ve tried everything.
I remember the days when I would pack tupperwares of food because I was told it was the only way to get the results I wanted. I ate nothing but chicken, beef, fish, and broccoli. Oh, and some sweet potatoes here and there. I once thought eating “bad” foods would ruin my results.
I remember the days when I would work out 6-7 times a week because I thought you had to work out everyday just to get results.
The thing is, I was completely wrong about all of those things.
There’s no need to take things into extremes just to get the results you want. After years of research, self-experimentation, and mistakes made along the way, I’ve finally figured out what works and what doesn’t. I can’t say that I know everything, but I now know what it takes to completely change a person’s life for the better.[/text_block]
You might know me as the dude behind VonBlancoFitness.com. Or you might have seen some of my articles on Fitocracy, BodyBuilding.com, STACK, or even Yahoo Sports.
If you’re sick and tired of finding yourself gaining back all the weight you lost from the last workout program you did, and want a better, more sustainable solution, I think I might just be able to help you out.
You see, I take a no-BS approach to fitness. I have a passion for helping clients from all over the world (both in-person and online) in simplifying their fitness.
That’s because I undestand how it is. I’ve been in your position before.
I’ve literally tried everything.
I remember the days when I would pack tupperwares of food because I didn’t want to eat anything “dirty”. I ate nothing but chicken, beef, fish, and broccoli. Oh, and some sweet potatoes here and there. I once thought eating “bad” foods would ruin my results.
But I was wrong.
Turns out you can eat these foods and still get results.
I also remember the days when I would work out 6-7 times a week because I thought you had to work out everyday to get results.
I was wrong yet again.
After countless hours of research and self-experimentation, it turns out that you only need 3-4 days a week, no matter what your goals are.
So trust me when I say that I know exactly what you’re going through right now.
But you know what? It’s not your fault because…[/text_block]
Here’s the Truth: Getting the Body You Want Is About More Than Just Knowing How to Do It
Ask yourself this question: If I gave you a free fat loss workout plan right now, would you know what to do?
Would you know…[/text_block]
- How to lose your first 10, 20, or even 30 pounds AND keep it off in the long run?
- How to eliminate fat gain on a weekly basis when going out on social events, parties, or even just family gatherings?
- What the only supplements you REALLY need to be taking are out of the hundreds of products out there that are being sold to you?
I know why, because I was in the same exact position. It’s just all very overwhelming. There’s so much information out there that sometimes we don’t know what to do with all of it.[/text_block]
All it’s doing is causing us to go in circles.
Before you continue reading, understand this one thing:[/text_block]
All the information overload that you’re taking can actually backfire and hinder your progress.
You need what works, and a little education to better understand why you’re doing what you’re doing. That way, it’s easier for you to stick to a fitness program that’s sustainable, flexible, and simple.
Here’s another truth: most of the fitness advice you see out there on the internet and in the media is narrow, misleading, and downright deceptive.
For instance, here are some of the biggest myths out there that you might have heard before:[/text_block]
[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left” font_size=”20″ font_color=”%234e4e4e”]
Myth #1: Carbs Are Evil
Fact: Your body needs carbs, no matter what your goals are. Going on a very low carb diet negatively affects your mental and physical performance. More importantly, they negatively affect your hormone levels which make it even harder for you to lose fat and build muscle. In this program, carbs are A-Ok.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
[op_liveeditor_elements][/op_liveeditor_elements]
[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left” font_size=”20″ font_color=”%234e4e4e”]
Myth #2: You Should Eat 6x A Day To Stoke Your Metabolism
Fact: Studies have shown that there is no difference in fat loss whether you’re eating 3, 4, 5 or 6 meals a day. Your fat loss all boils down to your total caloric intake. If you’re a busy person who can only find time to eat 3 big meals a day, no problem — you will still lose fat.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
[op_liveeditor_elements][/op_liveeditor_elements]
[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left” font_size=”20″ font_color=”%234e4e4e”]
Myth #3: Breakfast Is The Most Important Meal Of The Day
Fact: If breakfast was the most important meal of the day, and so many people eat breakfast, then why is everyone still overweight? Fat loss isn’t determined by your breakfast, folks.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
[op_liveeditor_elements][/op_liveeditor_elements]
[op_liveeditor_element data-style=””][text_block style=”undefined” align=”left” font_size=”20″ font_color=”%234e4e4e”]
Myth #4: Eating Carbs At Night Makes You Fat
Fact: Again, everything boils down to how much you are eating, not when. The time is irrelevant — your body doesn’t just say “Oh, I think it’s now 6PM so let’s start turning everything into fat”.[/text_block][/op_liveeditor_element]
[op_liveeditor_elements][/op_liveeditor_elements]
It doesn’t stop there either. Just look at some of these fitness “experts” out there (and these are real screenshots that I’ve taken). What do you notice?[/text_block]
And the problem with short-term fixes is this: you get one piece of the puzzle that doesn’t solve a reoccurring problem. In order to successfully get the results you want (keyword being “successfully”), you need a fitness plan that works not just for a few days or weeks, but for the rest of your life.
Once you figure out a long-term fitness plan, that’s where the real success is because it means that you will never have to go back to the situation you’re in right now.
Now the question is, how do we create or find a fitness plan that lasts?
You need to find one that gives you…[/text_block]
The 4 Essential Components
Of An Effective Fitness Program (S.A.F.E.)
1. Sustainability
The best fitness plan is the one that you can sustain for a very long time. Can’t see yourself eating chicken and broccoli for the rest of your life? Then don’t do it. Doing something that works for someone else doesn’t necessarily mean that it will work for you.
2. Accountability
Success isn’t just about information. You can take in all the information in the world about training and nutrition, but taking action is where the real magic happens.
You see, willpower will only take you so far. Having a coach and a positive community can take you a lot further than just doing things all by yourself.
3. Flexibility
Your fitness plan should revolve around YOU, not you revolving around the plan.
One of the biggest reasons why people fail in their fitness is because of the lack of consistency. And the lack of consistency is simply caused by unrealistic goals and expectations. The frequency that you work out, the foods that you eat, and the number of meals that you have should all be based around YOUR lifestyle and personal preferences, not someone else’s.
4. Efficiency
Lastly, your fitness plan should be productive.
This goes back to the point above — everything you do should be based around your lifestyle. You’re busy, I get it. So fitness should not take up too much of your time. Unless you enjoy spending extra time working out, the most time you need to spend in the gym is 3-4 days a week for about 45-60 minutes. That’s it. The rest of your time should be spent living your life.
The good news is, all 4 of these pillars are part of a course I created that will walk you through step-by-step on how to shed fat and keep it off forever.[/text_block]
This Is Unlike Any Fitness Course You’ve Ever Seen
During the program, I show you the exact steps you need to take that will bring you results in 12 weeks, while keeping your body on track for continual progress throughout the next 6 months and even years to come.
My goal is to help make your life easier. I want to make fitness a part of your life, not to take it over.
After assessing your current physique, lifestyle, and training & food preferences, I will walk you through a systematic and sustainable method to transform your body. I will give you a complete training and nutrition program tailored specifically for YOU and YOUR body, all the while meeting the needs of your current lifestyle.
What you’ll do is the same exact system that hundreds of my current and past clients have done to get the results that they’ve gotten.[/text_block]
The best part is that you won’t have to ditch your favorite foods. You won’t have to go to the gym more than 3 times a week either (unless you want to, of course).
So with that, let me explain more about the program.[/text_block]
No Nonsense Fat Loss is a hybrid of a coaching program, community, and a course.
The reason for that is simple: there’s no fluff and BS in here. One of the reasons why past NNFL members love the course is because I cut through all the nonsense and confusion, and I’m basically showing you a complete blueprint of what works and what doesn’t.[/text_block]
In NNFL, I guide you every step of the way in how you will lose fat in 12 weeks, and keep it off forever.[/text_block]

Von has helped me change my eating habits and helped me get more active. The number one thing that was holding me back was not knowing where to start, what my body needs, or how to do exercises properly. Even being a total newbie, Von explained everything in a way that made total sense. It really shows how much he cares about his clients. Von is super patient, and talking to him is like talking to an old friend, and the emails he sends are always relevant, informative, and super motivational. I don’t think I could’ve done it without him!
Since I started about 6 months ago, I have dropped 40+ pounds. More than that, I’ve become healthier. I’ve changed my life for the better so much, and I can’t thank Von enough.”[/text_block]
Thanks Coach for the help on getting me back on track and in sharing your downright practical approach to fitness!”[/text_block]
